Securitas Security is urgently looking for Security Supervisors to support and manage day-to-day security duties at Manyata Tech Park. The Supervisor will lead guards on shift, ensure proper attendance, discipline, post duties, and maintain security standards as per client requirements. Ideal candidates must be responsible, alert, and capable of handling manpower effectively.
Requirements
Prior security supervisor experience preferred
Ability to manage security staff and duty allocation
Basic reporting and communication skills
Must be punctual, disciplined, and professional

Supervise guards and ensure all posts are covered
Maintain attendance and shift discipline
Coordinate patrolling schedules and site checks
Report incidents and maintain duty registers
