Assignment Security Manager

We have an urgent vacancy for Assignment Security Manager (ASM) for immediate deployment in Devarabisanahalli, Bangalore. The selected candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end security operations at the assigned location, ensuring site safety, discipline, manpower deployment, and compliance with client and company security SOPs. Candidates with experience in IT Tech Park security management will be given preference.

Must have proven experience as Assignment Security Manager / Security Manager
IT Tech Park / Corporate security experience preferred
Strong leadership and team-handling skills
Good communication, reporting, and client coordination ability
Ability to manage manpower, discipline, and site security operations effectively

Manage complete security operations at the assigned site
Plan and monitor duty deployment, shift scheduling, and manpower utilization
Ensure compliance with security SOPs and client requirements
Maintain daily reports, incident logs, and security documentation
Handle emergencies, incidents, and risk management effectively
Coordinate with client management and internal operations team

Duty Hours: 8 Hours
Weekly Off: Every Sunday
Salary: ₹55,000 per month
